How do I become A Volunteer?
We believe in bridging the gap between housed and unhoused through acts of kindness, compassion, and empathy. Our initiatives not only help clean our cities but also build lasting relationships and provide crucial services to those in need. There are so many ways you can help contribute to UCP. We are currently in need of additional bookkeeping support and help crunching numbers! Here are a few ways you can share your compassion and be a part of our meaningful community.

Community Cleanups
Most of our volunteers like to join in on our Saturday morning cleanups. These events are aimed at not only beautifying the area but also at fostering trust and connection among all community members.
Donations & Distribution
Every Wednesday and Thursday, we collaborate with local community businesses to collect & distribute essential items to our unhoused neighbors. This includes clothing, hygiene products, hot meals, and more.
Community Advocacy
UCP offers highly successful case management. We actively advocate and work with our unhoused neighbors to connect them with crucial housing and services upon request.
Donating & Fundraising
Our biggest challenge is securing funds. Help us gain access to the vital resources needed in our programs. Your efforts in engaging the community and fundraising will directly empower our mission and expand our reach.
